Let us tell that if you have Birthday,
wedding anniversary,and some order specialday beforehand.
If you order desserts or dinner course,
we can prepare celebration plates, souvenir photos,

Sake that is made up of rice, koji mold, yest,
and is not added alcohol.
Has a smooth finish with fruity flavor.

*Suminoe (Special Jummai-shu);
"pure rice sake"; Sake that is made up of rice,
koji mold, and yeast and rice milled 40%
with 60% of each grain of rice remaining.
Made in Miyagi, Suminoe brewery.
*Nambu-Bijin (Honjozo-shu);
in which a slight amount of brewer's alcohol
is added to the sake before pressing,
in order to extract extra flavors and aromas from the mash.
